Intel has taken a $16 million stake in Girisoft, makers of the free AVG anti-virus software program. AVG anti-virus is my favorite and one among the best anti-virus solution that we have now. As per Grisoft press release, it will use the money to grow its customer base as well as “optimize” its software; and this means we can see a better AVG in coming days.
